Zumbro selected as Germantown High principal Posted Wednesday, May 24, 2023 12:00 am Cody Zumbro said he is honored and humbled to be chosen as the next principal of Germantown High School and is excited to serve the students and family of the rapidly growing community.Zumbro to bring his enthusiasm to Germantown High School and build upon the Mavericks’ legacy of excellence to academics, arts, and athletics,” Seals said.He began his career in 2001 as head baseball coach at Terry High School, followed by fourteen years of serving as a teacher and coach at Clinton High School.In 2016, Zumbro joined Madison County Schools as an assistant principal at Ridgeland High School, where he was promoted to interim lead principal in 2019 before being named lead principal at the Madison Career and Technical Center (MCTC).
Zumbro oversaw the career and technical programs offered at MCTC to all high school students in Madison County Schools.Madison County Schools Superintendent Charlotte Seals said Zumbro has shown his skills as a dedicated leader.
