22, a Mayfield Heights woman, 34, called police to report that her husband was with her in a car at the South Euclid-Lyndhurst Board of Education building lot at Richmond and Mayfield roads, and that he was recording her as she experienced a panic attack and would not leave her alone.28, police were called to a home where a 28-year-old man was barely breathing.Management at Bar Louie called police when the man did not pay his bill.24, police were called to CVS/Pharmacy, 1443 Richmond Road, where a man was seen concealing items in his clothing.

Disturbance: Cedar Road At 7:30 p.25, an intoxicated Parma Heights man, 62, was seen in the lot of the Hyatt Place hotel, 24665 Cedar Road, trying to smash out the window of his car with a flashlight.
