Woman killed at US Capitol was an Air Force veteran and staunch Trump supporter
U.S. Capitol Police identified Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt as the woman who was shot Wednesday amid a riot inside the Capitol building.

Woman killed at US Capitol was an Air Force veteran and staunch Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt, shown here with her husband Aaron Babbitt in a 2018 photo from social media, was identified as the woman shot and killed while participating in the takeover of the Capitol Building in Washington D.Air Force veteran, according to media reports.Babbitt served in the Air Force under the married name of Ashli Elizabeth McEntee.She served as an enlisted airman in the Air Force, serving on active duty and in the Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard, according to records released Thursday.
