The widow of ex-WWE wrestler Shad Gaspard has filed a negligence lawsuit in Los Angeles over the Venice Beach drowning death of her husband in May.The Los Angeles County Fire Department, which oversees the lifeguard division involved in the case, did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The News.Gaspard, 39, heroically waved at lifeguards to attend to the boy first and then disappeared in the “hazardous surf” that included powerful rip currents, a source with the Los Angeles County Fire Department previously told The News.Siliana and Shad Gaspard attend SMASH Global VIII ñ Night Of Champions at Taglyan Cultural Complex on December 13, 2018 in Hollywood, California.
