Here’s a story that has to do with Howard Rubenstein, the Brooklyn-born public relations genius who recently died. I had the privilege of working for — and occasionally alongside — him from 1994 to 1998. This story has to do not only with Howard but also with a restaurant in Brooklyn and a terrorist plot to blow up Kennedy Airport. And it’s all true. But bear with me for a few paragraphs here.
