Tuscaloosa Native Will Not Be Retried in Death of His Toddler
Justin Ross Harris of Tuscaloosa will not be retried for the 2014 death of his 22-month-old son, according to the Cobb County District Attorney.

“Therefore, after much thought and deliberation, we have made the difficult decision to not retry Justin Ross Harris on the reversed counts of the indictment.The overturned murder conviction does not mean he will be immediately released from custody.
