Tomos-Rhys Bunford has been described as a 'massive personality and loving heart'

Nine-year-old Tomos-Rhys Bunford died on Monday, September 6 after an incident involving a vehicle in a field near his home address, an inquest heard.An inquest opening held at Pontypridd Coroner's Court on Tuesday heard how Tomos suffered serious injuries after being crushed by a vehicle in a field in Ferndale near to Tyr-Gelli Farm, Ynysybwl where he lived with his family." Read more: Girl, nine, dies after 'medical emergency' at house in Bridgend A GoFundMe page has since been set up to support Tomos' family through this difficult time.Melanie Facey, who set up the GoFundMe page, said: "As you can imagine as a young family who are self employed any donation the people of our community make would be greatly appreciated while they stay at home to support each other through the coming weeks.

These donations will help towards funeral costs and relieve the family of any financial stress on top of an already horrific time.Paying tribute to the schoolboy, Pontypridd RFC said: "We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Tomos Bunford who played for our U10s.
