What's On The Red Arrows are performing a flypast in Cardiff this week and this is when you can see them Time to look up to the sky (Image: Phil Rees) Invalid Email Something went wrong, please try again later.Thank you for subscribing We have more newsletters See ourprivacy notice The famous RAF aerobatic display team, the Red Arrows, will be flying above Cardiff this week to mark the opening of a special exhibition.It has been 81 years since the heroic Battle of Britain and to mark an exhibition that was postponed in 2020 due to the pandemic the Red Arrows will be flying over Cardiff's City Hall on Thursday, September 16.Read more: Watch incredible footage from inside a Red Arrows cockpit soaring over Cardiff At 11:50am nine jets from the Red Arrows will fly over City Hall for roughly a minute smoking the iconic red, white and blue display for 20 seconds.

If the weather is clear you will be able to see this display from all across Cardiff, with good views from Bute Park, before the Red Arrows then head to Bournemouth.The display launches the two-day exhibition telling the stories of Welsh Battle of Britain fighters and commanders from across Wales.
