Texas sheriff’s deputy arrested for domestic violence
A Bexar County Sheriff’s deputy allegedly kicked his girlfriend in the face enough times to bloody her clothing, then tried to force her to strip to destroy of the evidence.

Garza allegedly attacked the woman, who has been identified by some news outlets as his girlfriend and by others as his wife, early Monday, knocking her to the ground and then kicking her repeatedly until her clothes were “soiled with blood,” Sheriff Javier Salazar said during a press conference, according to My San Antonio.The alleged assault is a “carbon copy” of a previous attack in February, Salazar said, when Garza reportedly attacked the same woman.“He doesn’t seem to care,” Salazar said of Garza.John Paul Garza, 31, was arrested Monday and charged with continuous violence against family and violation of a protective order for the brutal assault, according to online jail records.

John Paul Garza was arrested Monday.The deputy was arrested for family violence at the time and has been on unpaid administrative leave since then.
