A Washington D.C. man has been accused of murdering a young mother, who vanished from her apartment more than 10 years ago while her children slept nearby.

9, 2010, just hours after she watched a movie with her 4 and 5-year-old sons, according to a press release from the Metropolitan Police Department.Unique Harris (WASHINGTON METROPOLITAN POLICE DEPT.) A year prior, authorities linked DNA evidence found on a couch cushion in Harris’ apartment to Moye.Moye was also wearing a GPS tracker at the time, which put him at Harris’ apartment the night of her disappearance.

Isaac Moye has been charged with second-degree murder while armed in the death of 24-year-old Unique Harris, whose body has never been found.The boys told authorities they all went to bed that night, and that when they awoke the next morning, their mother was gone, the Washington Post reported.
