News State Police Release Details on Fatal Crash in Washington Township Sunday, January 9th 2022, 12:56 PM EST Updated: Monday, January 10th 2022, 8:41 AM EST Pennsylvania State Police released details Monday on a fatal crash in Washington Township, Erie County.A Dodge RAM truck was traveling eastbound at the time and hit the GMC, according to State Police.The driver of the Dodge truck - a 52-year-old Saegertown man - was not injured, State Police said.A GM Sonoma pickup truck was heading westbound when it lost control on the snow-covered road and spun out into the other lane, troopers said.

Her husband - David McMunn, 78 - who was the driver of the GMC, suffered serious injuries and was taken to UPMC Hamot, according to troopers.Maryalice McMunn, 74, of Cambridge Springs, was found unresponsive in the GMC following the crash and pronounced dead.
