–based Stardog , a venture-backed enterprise software company and provider of Enterprise Knowledge Graph tech, has been selected by the City of San Francisco to participate in a Startup in Residence program (STIR) .Stardog will focus on volunteering with San Francisco city and county to implement data to ensure underserved residents are being hired within the contractor community.“We are grateful for the opportunity to work with San Francisco on these important problems,” Michael Sachse, CEO of Stardog said in a statement.We’re excited to work with San Francisco to help connect data for these crucial applications.
“The Startup in Residence program is a model for civic innovation and national collaboration,” Jay Nath, former CIO for San Francisco and executive director for City Innovate, said in statement.During the 16-week remote program, startups will be connected with government agencies to co-develop tech solutions for government challenges.
