Rishi Sharma created a nonprofit called Heroes of the Second World War for his project, and has interviewed about 1,100 veterans over the past four years in 45 states, Canada, the United Kingdom and New Zealand.

Sharma created a nonprofit called Heroes of the Second World War for his project.He picked World War II for a very specific reason.
