Record-high COVID-19 patients in Alberta's ICUs for a second day
For the second day in a row, a record-high number of COVID-19 patients were being treated in Alberta’s ICUs on Tuesday.

New infections and active cases are still rising rapidly in Alberta.Testing confirmed another 1,434 cases on Monday and active cases have jumped to 18,265.Try refreshing your browser, or tap here to see other videos from our team.The Edmonton area has the highest number of cases than any other health zone at 5,323, followed by the Calgary area at 5,136.

com @laurbyThere were 212 people sickened by the novel coronavirus needing intensive care — occupying 71 per cent of Alberta’s ICU beds — up 10 from Monday afternoon, the province’s public data shows.
