2nd August 2022 2nd August 2022 The Arewa Consultative Youths Movement, on Tuesday, called on the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), to, as a matter of national necessity, investigate the management of Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited over an alleged shortfall in its remittance to the Central Bank of Nigeria.The statement read, “Arewa youths are indeed concerned about the widely reported shortfall in the remittance of the NNPC into the CBN coffers.The President of the ACYM, Kabiru Yusuf, who made the demand in a statement said the shortfall was capable of plunging the country into a serious crisis, if unchecked.
