Parents of bullied kid who died by suicide can sue leaders: court
Gabriel Taye's parents have sued Cincinnati public school leaders.

Gabriel Taye, a third-grader at Carson Elementary, hanged himself Jan.Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that such a cover-up of Gabriel’s experiences at Carson Elementary would be reckless.The school “prevented Taye’s parents from fully understanding Taye’s horrifying experience at Carson Elementary until it was too late,” the court wrote.He had lost his front teeth after he was attacked in first grade.

(Handout) Gabriel was attacked again on the day of his death, the final of at least 10 incidents beginning in first grade where he was attacked at school, according to a lawsuit filed by his parents.Jackson and McKenzie tried to dodge that lawsuit under an Ohio law designed to protect school administrators.
