The 57-year-old designer arrived at the Lompoc prison in Southern California in November, just weeks after his actress wife, Lori Loughlin, who is also serving jail time for her roll in the high-profile scam.The global health crisis had been wreaking havoc on prison systems across the United States for months by the time they arrived, with scores of inmates and staff becoming infected with COVID.
