Xiang Wu, 42, was riding his Yamaha Smax scooter north on Ninth Ave. in Borough Park when he was T-boned by a 2015 Dodge Charger that blew the light while going east on 46th St. in Borough Park about noon on Oct. 18, cops said.

Heron jumped into his Charger and sped off down 46th St.When the girlfriend’s roommate took a cellphone photo of Heron’s license plate so he could send it to police, Heron grabbed the 36-year-old man and threw him to the ground, police said.
