Swansea Crown Court heard Hone now accepts he should call the police if he has concerns about dealing in the community rather than taking matters into his own hands.The court heard a witness in a nearby hairdressers saw Hone dragging a man off the street, and a few minutes later saw the same man emerge with blood on his head.
