Business owner pleased to see Town council come to the realization that alcohol isn't the answer to promoting Okotoks' downtown businesses.A group of business owners attended two Town council meetings where many of us spoke against the entertainment district.We, the people, have been heard, so thank you to the Town council members for listening and reading the survey that was online, and realizing that alcohol was not a good answer to promoting our downtown businesses.This would not have benefitted our downtown businesses as there already are a few very nice patios on which to enjoy beverages.
