Dutrow recently regained his license in New York beginning Jan.The New York State Gaming Commission had revoked Dutrow's license and issued the trainer a $50,000 fine when one of his horses, Fastus Cactus, was found to have traces of butorphanol in his system after winning a race at Aqueduct Racetrack on Nov.Next Tuesday, May 30, the License Review Committee of the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission will meet to determine the status of Richard Dutrow's training license in the state of Kentucky." There are three other trainers, Patricia Brewer, David Ward, and Francesca de la Flor, that are also up for license review.
