Medina County home residents had a happy holiday season with dinner and gifts, thanks to the special delivery from Friends of the County Home.10, the Friends of Medina County Home, a non-profit group, organized a special dinner for the residents at the Medina County Home.The COVID-19 restrictions meant a new and creative plan was necessary Coordinating with the staff at the County Home, a delicious meal was catered by local restaurant Pickle Mamas, dessert was provided by Medina Sunrise Rotary, and gift cards for each resident were provided by Friends of Medina County Home and Brunswick Rotary Foundation.(Photo Courtesy of David Lariviere) Rotary continues to help: Medina Sunrise Rotary President Kevin Wermer and Rotary Project Leader Ed Jakubick presented a $5,000 check to Melissa Hamlin, director of development for the Medina County Battered Women’s Shelter’s new Child Therapy Room.
