A 22-year-old man taken into custody for a parole violation allegedly shot his arresting officer three times outside the police station then fled the scene, all while still handcuffed.

Francis is described as a black male, 6′2″ tall with a thin build, black hair and black eyes.The manhunt continues Monday morning for Koby Lee Francis and the 32-year-old officer, who has not been publicly identified, remains hospitalized in stable condition, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
