A lorry driver charged in connection with the seizure of drugs worth an estimated £1.25 million at Larne Port has had his case further adjourned to February 24, Ballymena Magistrates Court has been told.

He is also charged with possession of ‘criminal property’ and possessing a baton as an offensive weapon in a public place.The defendant had previously been given bail when he first appeared at court on December 20.
