The Critical Infrastructure Defence Act was never imagined for this purpose when it became law in June 2020.

It cites dozens of installations and facilities that cannot be blockaded but doesn’t actually mention health facilities.The real solution is to add health facilities to the Critical Infrastructure Defence Act as a specific category.But protests that threaten access to health facilities are something quite different, in no way justifiable on moral or religious grounds.The Critical Infrastructure Defence Act was never imagined for this purpose when it became law in June 2020.
