At the end of Day 4, Australia lead the medals chart with a total of 70 medals – 30 gold, 20 silver and 20 bronze, while England are second with 21 gold, 21 silver and 11 bronze with a total of 53 medals.New Zealand are third with 24 medals – 13 gold, seven silver, and four bronze, while South Africa and Canada complete the top five.
