He would then send pictures of the chipped teeth and the patients’ X-rays to insurance companies to get coverage for the crowns, according to the indictment, which doesn’t claim each procedure was fraudulent.Patients often paid the charges that insurance would not cover, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.
