I recently read an article regarding bicycles not adhering to the laws of the road.

To clarify, all physicians enter medical school with an undergraduate degree (minimum) and very often a master's degree and occasionally a PhD.This is before medical school starts.Medical school is four years, followed by a family medicine residency (two to three years).What is the point of medical school and residency?

The health minister wants to advance the idea that a nurse practitioner can perform the same function as a GP with a fraction of the education and training.How then, can a nurse practitioner, with an undergraduate degree and a master's degree, do the same thing as a GP?
