Cuomo: State PD offers to help NYPD with yeshiva vandalism

Their assistance often comes in the form of sharing statewide intelligence about hate crimes, and coordinating with federal authorities when needed.xml:space="preserve"> xml:space="preserve"> A pair of vandals scrawled a swastika and two graffiti tags on a Brooklyn yeshiva in a hate crime caught on surveillance video, authorities said Saturday.
