write a title which is good for an website to rank high in google searches about this content At present, most smartphone users either use Android system or use iPhone. They may have forgotten that Microsoft has tried many times to apply a simplified version of Windows system to mobile phones. Windows 10 Mobile was launched with the Lumia 950 mobile phone in 2015, but it has been unable to compete with Android phones and iPhones. This mobile phone system has also officially ended recently. Hardware support stopped for 4 years. Although Microsoft announced that it would end support for all Windows 10 Mobile devices in December 2019, it also closed the app store for the old version of the system Windows Phone 8.1 at the same time. However, the app store for Windows 10 Mobile has remained operational. , but the situation has changed recently. Die-hard fans of Windows 10 Mobile phones recently discovered that the app store homepage could no longer be opened, the app download and update pages could not be loaded, and even the app's detailed information page was experiencing intermittent issues. There are potential solutions. The closure of the App Store marks the official end of the era of Windows 10 Mobile, but for die-hard users, there are still ways to extend the life of their phones. First of all, Windows 10 Mobile itself supports sideloading installation. As long as developers are willing to create new programs or update existing programs, users can continue to use them as usual. In addition, some users said that after installing the latest Offline Package, the app store will return to normal. This may be one of the solutions for users to continue using Windows 10 Mobile phones. Source: gizmochina - Archyde

write a title which is good for an website to rank high in google searches about this content The New Generation RER was inaugurated this Monday on line E of the Ile-de-France network. All RER D and E trains must be replaced by 2028. The very first New Generation RER train (RER NG) made its first trip on Monday on the RER E line of the Île-de-France public transport network. Built by Alstom, this new train, supposed to improve punctuality and comfort for travelers, must replace all RERs in circulation on lines D and E by 2028. There was a large crowd on Monday at Haussmann-Saint-Lazare station , in Paris, to attend the launch of this new train in the presence of Valérie Pécresse, president of Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM), and Christophe Fanichet, CEO of SNCF Voyageurs. IDFM, the organizing authority for public transport in the Ile-de-France region, has invested 3.75 billion euros to renew all of the rolling stock on lines D and E, which between them transport 1.4 million passengers every day. “This is the world's largest rolling stock contract» with 365 trains ordered, insisted Valérie Pécresse. These new trains are particularly awaited on the RER D, one of the two sick lines in the Paris region with the RER B, where delays and train cancellations are more frequent than elsewhere. The first RER NG will be delivered there at the end of 2024. Read alsoRenewal of RER B: the delay following Alstom's appeals deemed “unacceptable” by Valérie Pécresse Late delivery As for the RER E, its number of passengers will increase with the extension of the line to the West, first to La Défense in spring 2024, then to Mantes-la-Jolie in 2026. These new trains were delivered by Alstom two years late, which Valérie Pécresse did not fail to point out. “Delivery delays, now it's over», she said to the boss of the industrial group, Henri Poupart-Lafarge, present at the inauguration. IDFM is counting on the delivery of four trains per month to complete the deployment of the new equipment in 2026 on the RER E and in 2028 on the RER D. The RER NG train consumes 25% less electricity than its predecessors, according to Alstom, and each train will be able to carry between 1500 and 1800 people. Its acceleration and braking capacity is better suited to mass transport and its doors, wider than those of other trains, should improve punctuality by facilitating descents and ascents during stops in dense areas, according to the manufacturer. The RER NG cannot be deployed on the RER B due to the curvature of this line and the size of the tunnels. IDFM has therefore ordered a specific train for the RER B, the MI20, whose delivery is currently scheduled for early 2027, again two years late. “By 2030, all trains in Île-de-France will have been renovated and the metros are following suit because we have 100 new metros arriving on the network», specified Valérie Pécresse. - Archyde

write a title which is good for an website to rank high in google searches about this content On Sunday, the Egyptian side of the Rafah crossing is witnessing preparations to receive premature babies who were evacuated from Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza, to transfer them to Egyptian hospitals in case of need, according to what the Director of the Egyptian Red Crescent in North Sinai Governorate, Khaled Zayed, told Sky News Arabia. The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced the evacuation of 31 premature babies from Al-Shifa Medical Complex, in coordination with a number of international organizations, while dozens of sick and seriously injured people remained stranded there days after Israeli forces stormed the place. The director of hospitals in the Gaza Strip, Muhammad Zaqout, confirmed to Agence France-Presse that 31 premature babies had been evacuated from the largest Shifa Hospital in the Gaza Strip, which the Israeli army had issued a warning to evacuate on Saturday. Zaqout said: “All 31 premature babies were evacuated from Al-Shifa Hospital, along with 3 doctors and nurses. Arrangements are being made to transport the babies to Egypt” via the Rafah border crossing. Equipped ambulances Zayed points out that “everyone at the Rafah crossing is ready to deal with premature babies upon their arrival,” noting the presence of a sufficient number of ambulances equipped with all necessary medical equipment, the most important of which are incubators. The director of the Red Crescent in North Sinai Governorate adds: “There are complete medical teams of doctors and paramedics at the highest level, all of them on standby at the Rafah land crossing in order to provide the necessary health care for infants until they are transported to hospitals.” Zayed continued to Sky News Arabia: “All Egyptian hospitals in Sinai within the various cities, whether Rafah, Al-Arish or others, are on alert for the arrival of children, giving them the necessary medical care and supervising their condition from senior doctors.” He confirms that members of the Egyptian Red Crescent in North Sinai “will engage in providing support in various ways to the children and their companions immediately after their arrival at the Rafah crossing,” noting that they will rely on specialists with extensive experience during this mission. Gaza's premature babies face death due to the lack of medical care How did they get out of "hell"? Palestinian Red Crescent spokesman Abdul Jalil Hanjal revealed the details of the process of transporting premature infants from Al-Shifa Medical Complex to the southern Gaza Strip. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society confirmed the transfer of the children under the coordination of the World Health Organization and the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA). She added: "They were transported by Red Crescent ambulances to the south in preparation for their transfer to the Emirates Hospital in Rafah" on the Palestinian side of the border. Hanjal told Sky News Arabia on Sunday that "the operation took place amid difficult circumstances, including the difficulty of communicating with the ambulances transporting them due to communications problems." He continued: "The transportation process took place in coordination with the World Health Organization and (OCHA) after ensuring that the roads on which the Palestinian Red Crescent ambulances move were secure." Hangel added: "The ambulances were equipped with incubators for the children, and they were accompanied by 3 doctors and a nursing staff. We worked to distribute them to all the cars, to follow up on the health status of the infants and deal with any emergency situation throughout the movement towards the southern Gaza Strip." The spokesman for the Palestinian Red Crescent noted that "the cars were unable to accompany the children's families on their journey, but the operation was completed successfully, and the ambulances were able to reach their destination in Rafah." Hangel concludes his speech to Sky News Arabia, saying: “The Emirates Hospital in Rafah received all the children, and immediately began verifying the health status of each child after the distance they traveled on the road, and giving them the necessary medical supplies.” - Archyde

write a title which is good for an website to rank high in google searches about this content Kyren Williams, the Los Angeles Rams’ starting running back this season, is expected to return from a four-game absence with a sprained ankle on Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. Los Angeles waived running back Darrell Henderson for the second time in two seasons after a four-game return to the team with which he won the Super Bowl. Williams hurt his ankle in the fourth quarter in Los Angeles’ 26-9 victory over Arizona on Oct. 15 after rushing for a career-high 158 yards. Henderson scored a touchdown in the Rams’ comeback victory over the Seattle Seahawks last Sunday, but he was outperformed by Royce Freeman, who has rushed for 215 yards this season. Freeman appears to be staying as a backup behind Williams, the Rams’ leading rusher with 456 yards and six touchdowns in their first six games. The Rams have scored a measly 57 points in their last four games combined. Given the passing game’s inconsistency behind an up-and-down offensive line, Los Angeles has to start running the ball more effectively, Williams’ likely return from injured reserve this week should help. Star wide receiver Cooper Kupp had just one catch for 11 yards on Sunday before he hurt his right ankle. Kupp’s injury could be yet another setback for the Super Bowl MVP, who is considered day-to-day. Kupp injured his right ankle late in the first half when a Seattle defender stepped on it. He went to the locker room before halftime and tested the ankle on the sideline in the third quarter but was ultimately ruled out for the game. He missed the first four games of this season with a hamstring injury. Follow @AZSportsPresented By - Archyde

write a title which is good for an website to rank high in google searches about this content Hair loss can have many reasons - including vitamin deficiency. But which nutrients can really help with hair loss? Hair loss is normal up to a certain point. Since hair follows a growth cycle, approximately 50 to 100 hairs fall out per day, according to the MSD Manual. If this number is clearly exceeded, it is referred to as hair loss. The reasons are not always clear, but one thing is certain: healthy hair needs vitamins to grow. You can read about which nutrients and vitamins can actually help here. Vitamins against hair loss: Important information at a glance A chronic zinc deficiency can lead to hair loss. A doctor can use the blood values to check whether there is a zinc deficiency. A copper deficiency can make hair thin, stringy and brittle. A vitamin B7 deficiency can result in hair loss. Hair can also fall out if you have an iron deficiency. The trace element is needed for the hair follicles. An excess of vitamin A can lead to hair loss, but a deficiency is also bad for the hair. Dietary supplements should only be taken after consulting a doctor. Whether there is actually a vitamin deficiency or excess can only be checked using blood values. Although both copper and zinc deficiencies can contribute to brittle hair, the two preparations should not be taken at the same time, if prescribed by a doctor. The two nutrients cannot be utilized by the body when taken at the same time. However, it is possible to take one tablet in the morning and another tablet in the evening. Although vitamin B7 has been proven to help maintain healthy skin and hair, other vitamins can also have an indirect effect on hair health. For example, vitamins that have been proven to protect against oxidative stress in the body: vitamin E, vitamin B2 (riboflavin and vitamin C (ascorbic acid). These are according to the MSD Manual the following: Growth phase (2 to 6 years) Transition phase (3 weeks) Rest phase (2 to 3 months) At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out and a new hair grows in the follicle. According to the specialist encyclopedia, up to 50 to 100 hairs fall out of the head every day. So some hair loss is normal. If more than 100 hairs fall out per day over a longer period of time, it is referred to as hair loss, which is caused by disruptions in the growth cycle. Nevertheless, this is also very individual: with particularly thick hair, more than 100 hairs can fall out per day, even without medical reasons. Interesting to know: According to Statista, people with blonde hair have an average of 150,000 hairs on their heads. In last place are redheads, with an average of 90,000 hairs per head. According to the Proaesthetic Hair Center in Heidelberg, in order to test whether there is actually hair loss, the dermatologist usually orders a hair washing test. The lost hair is caught in a sieve in the bathtub. The quantity and quality can then be checked. Hair loss: When can it be due to a vitamin deficiency? Medically, a distinction is made between, among other things, diffuse (whole head) and local (one spot) hair loss. According to the MSD Manual, hair loss can be caused by: Taking medication Hormonal disorders Scalp diseases Psychological stress Injuries Physical stress (e.g. high fever, but also pregnancy) One of the most common causes of hair loss in men is androgenetic alopecia, hereditary hair loss. The reason for this is the hormone DHT, which triggers an overreaction in the hair follicles. The causes of hair loss also include nutritional disorders, although according to the MSD Manual this is rarely the case. Among other things, a zinc, iron and biotin deficiency can cause hair to fall out, but an excess of vitamin A could also be behind it. A vitamin deficiency is usually not only manifested by one symptom, but can also include digestive problems, headaches, fatigue or other complaints that are difficult to assign. If you only suffer from hair loss, you should contact a specialist. Hair loss due to vitamin B7 deficiency Vitamin B7, also called biotin, is often advertised on the market as “vitamin H” as a synonym for skin and hair. The statement is actually permissible. Biotin has been scientifically proven to help maintain normal hair and skin. However, anyone who has hair loss should not automatically resort to biotin supplements. Although biotin is a water-soluble vitamin and excess can easily be excreted by the body, taking it does not automatically mean that it will have positive effects on the hair. If a deficiency has been identified, the vitamin can help against hair loss because, among other things, it promotes the formation of new hair roots. Hair loss due to iron deficiency According to the AOK Federal Association, around eight percent of Germans suffer from an iron deficiency. Women between the ages of 15 and 49 are particularly affected. Iron deficiency is the most common deficiency symptom worldwide. If there is a severe iron deficiency, hair loss can occur. It can be triggered, among other things, by gastrointestinal diseases. Vitamin C promotes iron absorption in the body. It can therefore make sense to choose a combination preparation if you have hair loss. Hair loss due to zinc and copper deficiency Although zinc is not a vitamin, it is an important trace element that can change the hair structure. According to the MSD Manual, patients who have an acute zinc deficiency usually suffer from symptoms such as fatigue and listlessness in addition to hair loss. Zinc is not only needed for the structure of hair, but also for bones, teeth and muscles, as it is a component of more than 100 enzymes in the body. According to that Center for modern hair transplantation in Berlin A zinc deficiency can also increase circular hair loss. Copper is also a trace element that is required for hair growth. According to the Ärzteblatt, a deficiency can lead to hair loss. But before that happens, the hair becomes strawy and brittle. Hair loss due to excess vitamin A Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin and can be stored in the body. An excess of vitamin A cannot be excreted in the urine and must be processed by the body. According to the MSD Manual, the first symptoms of vitamin A excess are headaches and rashes. However, if you consume too much vitamin A over a longer period of time, you can develop straw-like hair that then falls out. According to the MSD Manual, the eyebrows can also be affected, but this is extremely rare. Nevertheless, vitamin A is important for healthy hair. According to the Center for Modern Hair Transplantation in Berlin, vitamin A ensures healthy fat synthesis at the hair roots. This promotes hair growth. According to the German Nutrition Society, the daily requirement for vitamin A is 700 µg RAE per day for men and 850 µg RAE per day for women. - Archyde

No violence was reported in the Gaza Strip on Friday, following a four-day ceasefire. The ceasefire came into effect in Gaza at 7:00 am local time (10:30 am IST). International media reported that there were no sounds of shelling from Gaza today. 13 people, including women and children, who were taken hostage by Hamas from Israel on the 7th of last month, will be released by 4 pm. In return, some of the Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails will be released. Where it will be handed over is a secret. Efforts are being made to reach an agreement on the release of the rest of the hostages by the fourth day of the ceasefire. With the ceasefire, 200 relief trucks and 4 fuel trucks will arrive in Gaza every day. There are reports that the ceasefire was hampered at the last minute due to delays in handing over details of which hostages would be released. The ceasefire was also delayed by a dispute over allowing the Red Cross access to Gaza. - Archyde
