According to the local authority’s monthly minutes released on Wednesday, council got 30 percent of parking fees proceeds and 50 percent on clamping fees BCC minutes reveal that money generated in three currencies, the local unit, American dollar and the South African rand has been on a steady rise since February.Revenue collected on clamping fees amounts to US$15.
