Pennsylvania has received a record $480 million for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program.

” Payments are based on household size and income, and the money is given directly to utility companies to avoid shutoffs.The boost in federal funding will allow utility companies to provide more energy relief than ever before."Today, there are many of our customers who are struggling to pay their bills,” said National Fuel Director of Corporate Communications Carly Manino.“Last year, more than 13,600 National Fuel customers received a LIHEAP grant.

That doesn’t help certainly the customer.It doesn't help us either.
