Army Green Beret charged in Illinois bowling alley shooting suffers from PTSD, attorney says
Army Special Forces Sgt. 1st Class Duke Webb suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder, his attorney said Monday during a court hearing for the bowling alley shooting in Rockford, Ill., that left three people dead.

ARMY WASHINGTON — Army Special Forces Sgt.Webb is a Special Forces assistance operations and intelligence sergeant assigned to 3rd Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne), located at Camp Bull Simons, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla.He has also worked as a Special Forces engineer sergeant and a parachute rigger.He has also earned a Presidential Unit Citation, the Ranger Tab, the Special Forces Tab, the Combat Action Badge, the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Military Freefall Parachutist Badge, the Parachute Rigger Badge, and the Parachutist Badge.

Most of the shooting was captured on surveillance footage from inside the building, according to O’Shea.A 62-year old man also suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was in critical condition Sunday, according to O’Shea.
