Al-Koni: Elections are irreplaceable project to ensure Libya's stability | The Libya Observer

The Presidential Council's Deputy Mossa Al-Koni said that elections are a project that has no alternative in ensuring stability in Libya despite the challenges, adding in his speech on Sunday at the first conference of the Libyan Center for Studies and Policy Making, which was held under the slogan “Libyan elections, the challenges of reality and foreseeing the future", that elections which Libyans are looking forward to have been prolonged due to the strife to remain in power by political bodies.
