Air New Zealand has extended its domestic flexibility policy in response to the recent alert level changes around the country. Customers who book or currently hold tickets for domestic flights scheduled to depart up until 11.59pm on 30 June 2021 ...

Air New Zealand’s Chief Customer and Sales Officer Leanne Geraghty says the airline wants its customers to be able to continue to book with confidence, especially after the recent alert level changes.59pm on 30 June 2021 will now be able to hold that fare in credit for rebooking until 30 June 2022 or amend the date of their flight with change fees waived (normal fare difference may still apply).
