There is no way to submit your site url to duckduckgo and dogpile.

Dogpile is a meta search is a metasearch engine — which means it searches all major search engines including Google, Bing, Yahoo, and Ask and Bing, to bring your the best results. In the process, it filters out duplicates and irrelevant pages.

You cannot submit your site to dogpile. To get included in Dogpile, submit your sites to all major search engines like google, bing and yahoo. Note that Yahoo search results are powered by both Yahoo and Microsoft, so you only need to submit your site to bing to get included in both bing and yahoo.

DuckDuckGo also doesn’t take URL submissions; it finds sites automatically by crawling the web.

How to submit your site to Google and Bing

Google

  1. Create an account with Google Search Console.
  2. Once logged in, click on “Add a property” link and add your website.
  3. Click on the site to go to your site’s dashboard.
  4. Expand “crawl” on the left, go to “sitemaps,” and add the sitemap of your site.

Bing

  1. Create an account with Bing Webmaster’s tool.
  2. Add your site.
  3. Click on the name of the site you just entered.
  4. Click on “Configure my site” on the left and then go to “submit URLs” and “sitemaps” section to enter details of your site.
