This privacy policy covers website (the “service”) that is operated by Dispatchist (“us”, “we”, or “our”.)

Our Services typically collect two kinds of information about you: (a) information that you provide that personally identifies you; and (b) information that does not personally identify you that we automatically collect when you visit our Services or that you provide us.

  • Mailing Lists & Service Emails – We may launch a mailing list, in order to provide subscribers with relevant information such as or weekly or daily round ups. In order to sign up to receive regular emails from a site’s mailing list, users must submit information their valid email address. Your personal and contact information will not be passed to any other organization. Users who choose to sign up for a mailing list may receive regular emails from the site. We may from time to time track user email usage in a continued effort to improve our services. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. We may use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies.   • Comment Service – In order to further enhance the user experience, through a third party service, we allow users to comment on, enabling users to discuss and contribute to topics posted to those sites. Users have the option of signing up for this service. We do not receive or store passwords from the Third Party commenting service, now we provide them any information that you have provided us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of the commenting service. We encourage our users to read the privacy policy and terms of the third-party commenting service we use.
  • Embedded Content — You should also be aware that some content delivered through originates with another content provider. Such other content providers may place “cookies” on your computer, or otherwise gather information about you, including by asking you to provide information through the content player itself. Again, it is up to you to review the terms of use and privacy policy of the originators of such content.
  • Log Files – Like most standard Website servers, we use log files to log certain information about how you use We do not, however, collect IP addresses or log IP address information.
  • In each case, we will collect and record the information you have provided. Other than email addresses provided at your discretion, we don’t collect any “Personally Identifying Information” about our users (such as social security number, telephone number, street address, drivers license number, etc.).
  • We do not respond to web browser “do not track” or other related mechanisms at this time.



Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, Dispatchist may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on Dispatchist or affiliates. If we’re going to turn over information related to you, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with advance notice, unless we are prohibited from doing so by law or court order.


Dispatchist has technical, administrative and physical safeguards in place to help protect against unauthorized access to, use or disclosure of user information we maintain. Under our security practices and policies, access to personally identifiable information is authorized only for those who have a business need for such access, and sensitive records are to be retained only as long as necessary for business or legal needs and destroyed before disposal. Although we work hard to protect personal information that we collect and store, no program is one hundred percent secure and we cannot guarantee that our safeguards will prevent every unauthorized attempt to access, use or disclose personal information.
